On Windows, the pedal requires the Steam Deck software to configure and provide the pedal functions.The base software does not support full mouse button functionality. If you want to be able to click, hold, and drag, you can use the free plugin on the Elgato website called SuperMacro by BarRaider.Use the "Keystroke PTT" macro. As an example, for the left mouse button set the pedal Command to "{{MLEFTDOWN}}", check the "Only run command once" option, and set the Release Command to "{{MLEFTUP}}".Hope this is helpful to someone as in the past I saw people give up on this pedal for the mouse button use.       A great addition to the Elgato Stream Deck setup. This has an extremely long usb cable so there is no issue positioning it under the desk. Pedal profiles are managed just like the desktop profiles. You can change sensitivity of the pedals. It is excellent for gaming (Call of duty - Maps, push to talk etc) and just as useful for zoom, or other applications where it would be easier to step on a pedal than to push a button. You can change the desktop profiles with a tap of your foot. Pretty cool. Three pedals. This thing is rugged too. Heavy duty, you cannot break it.

      When I first got this, it wouldn’t work with scuf envision controller (iQue). It took me a week to figure out the issue. Once working, I feel like the pedals should be spaced further apart and should be able to adjust sensitivity on each pedal separately. Other than that it does what it is supposed to.

      I have given a few of these to streamer friends, and they love them. I love mine, I can use it with streaming, with games, and even trigger off other events if I wanted to. If you haven't tried any of the Elgato stream deck products, this just adds to them. Would I buy this to use just on its own? Probably not, unless I had a specific use case. But for adding to the Elgato ecosystem, it's a no-brainer. This is a very solid product and it shows. It has adjustable pedals with replaceable springs to handle light- or heavy-footed people. And it won't slide around much.

      THE ONLY gripe I have about it is that I can't use it with shoes on, I can't feel the pedals enough through my neuropathy through shoes. But in socks, I can definitely feel it and use it with no issues.

      Manchmal ist es leider so, dass das geliebte Hobby nur noch unter Schmerzen aufgeführt werden kann. So geht es mir. Ich bin Gamer und das Klicken der linken Maustaste tut im Finger weh. Bin halt wohl nun schon etwas älter....
      Ich hab mir das Pedal von Elgato als Maushandunterstützung gekauft und benutze es in WoW und so manch anderem Spiel als ... "Entlastung" für den Zeigefinger. Bei WoW lege ich häufig benutzte Skills auf die Pedaltasten, bei anderen Spielen simuliere ich das Gedrückthalten der linken Maustaste.

      Das Pedal ist unheimlich gut verarbeitet und kommt mit einem Sortiment an Federn in verschiedenen Stärken um eben für das eigene Fußspitzengefühl den richtigen Widerstand einstellen zu können. Die passende Software von Elgato kannte ich vorher schon und wusste daher, dass sie meine Bedürfnisse erfüllen wird.
      Das Pedal ist zwar teurer als andere Produkte aber es ist aufgrund seiner wirklich sehr sehr guten Verarbeitung sein Geld wert. Das fühlt sich wirklich nicht wie China-Plastik-Schrott an.

      Wer also seine Füße mit in sein Hobby mit einbeziehen will, dem kann ich das Pedal ans Herz legen. Sei es nun für Push-to-talk oder Skills oder Mausklicks. Die Software lässt alles zu.
