- Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2019I was a little leery when I ordered these books for my 10 month old son for christmas- I was expecting them to be small and uneventful, but my husband really wanted him to have them. Let me just say that I was REALLY impressed when I got these books! They are a really good size, vibrant and sturdy AND they have 3 different levels of learning, 1 is just ABC, 1 is a little information about what the word representing the letter means, and 1 is even more information! These books are really going to last and grow with my son. So worth the price tag!
- Reviewed in the United States on March 11, 2023Great, educational books. My 4 year loves them. The books are perfect because they grow with your child. At first you focus on the alphabet. But as they get order you can focus morw on the little paragraphs that explain the words and concepts in greater details.

Images in this review - Reviewed in the United States on May 23, 2024My nephew & his wife were expecting. They requested that in addition to whatever you brought from their registry, that you also brought the baby a book, as teaching reading at the earliest was so important to them, due to their experiencing children in the system who couldn't read. Of course I thought about Dr. Seuss and Disney books. But I figured those would be brought by others. So I wanted to give them something educational. And I brought ALL the Baby University Books for the baby. And they said it was the BEST GIFT of all the gifts. It's been a year, and they state their son just LOVES the books and is already enthralled with them. I think they just use these more than the Disney and Dr. Seuss books to give him an educational advantage.
Basically... I always buy them for Baby shower gifts now. In addition to diapers, since they are needed IMMEDIATELY!
- Reviewed in the United States on September 15, 2024These are some of my daughters favorite books
- Reviewed in the United States on July 24, 2023Have used these with my grandson since 2 months old (now 3 yr old). The three different levels of "depth" of information is nice as it allows more reading time and more information to be presented and absorbed as they grow. He really liked them, and because he wanted them read so often, he is now starting to read and spell, not only the words in these books but other books as well. My only complaint is that there not a book to be found for geology.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2021The books are made for multiple age groups so my daughter will grow into them as her skills advance. These books are durable and have excellent illustrations, also the ideas are well connected and explained in simple terms for little ones. They're a perfect stepping stone into science for small children, my daughter will go right into the world knowing important mechanisms of our world and universe. I'm a physicist myself and I wish these types of books were around for me when I was a kid. These books make the topics fun, and that way later in life when the real difficulty of mathematics arises she will still be interested in the topics (hopefully) because she can always bring it back to the intriguing basics presented in material like this.

Livros muito apelativos quer pelas ilustrações como pelo texto.

3.0 out of 5 stars much advanced in comparison to 4-5 years kids
It would have been better if terms related to advanced physics and science like quantum, quark, electromagnet, string theory, gene etc. were not included in books meant for rudimentary level learners who are aged only 4-5 years.
It would have been better if E was mentioned for electricity rather than Einstein because the term electromagnet is used later in the book. The concepts present in the mathematics book are even more difficult.
These are just examples. In general the author should have spent more thought in planning to organize the books' contents in proper order and also what should or should not be included in such books which are meant for mere kids.
Still, the books' illustrations and presentations are good.
